Sterimar Hayfever & Allergies Nasal Spray is an isotonic solution made from 100% natural seawater and enriched with Manganese. Used daily it will help clean and clear nasal passages eliminating allergens, pollen, dust, and other airborne contaminants.

DIRECTIONS:

With a unique nozzle that disperses the solution in very fine droplets further up the nose for increased efficacy, Sterimar is easy to use at any angle. For full and detailed instructions please read the enclosed information leaflet.

1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
3. Press briefly without tilting your head backward or sniffing.
4. Blow your nose.
5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. Clean the nozzle following application with soapy water, rinse, and dry.
